Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with expertise in mechanical building services projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, employee-owned company working on prestigious commercial projects including data centres, schools, RAF facilities, and secure sites.

You’ll be responsible for cost control, procurement, and contract management, helping to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.

Your Role as Quantity Surveyor Will Include:

  • Preparing and managing budgets, estimates, and cost reports
  • Supporting procurement of materials, plant, and subcontractors
  • Reviewing contracts, variations, and change orders
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and project teams
  • Ensuring cost control, risk management, and compliance with project specifications
