As a Mechanical Design Engineer you will be doing:

  • Support the technical review and evaluation of proposed system upgrades or improvements, including producing technical reports.
  • Assist in preparing specifications and analysing tenders for medium-sized installation projects (up to £1 million), including project management tasks like planning, cost control, and coordinating with the procurement team.
  • Carry out fault finding and problem solving across various mechanical systems.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Commutable to Nottingham.
