The Role – Window Fitters:
- Carry out replacement window installations in occupied council properties
- Work as part of a 2-man fitting team
- Typical output of 3 units per fitter per day
- Most houses completed over 2 days
- Long-term, repeat work with a consistent programme
Pay & Earnings:
- £75 per unit
- Paid per unit – the more units you fit, the more you earn
Realistic Daily Earnings:
- 6 units per day = £450 per team / £225 per fitter
- 7 units per day = £525 per team / £262.50 per fitter
- 8 units per day = £600 per team / £300 per fitter
Consistent work means strong and reliable weekly earnings for efficient teams.
