We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled individuals to support children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) across schools and care settings in Basingstoke, Winchester, and Southampton. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with additional needs, including autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • For Special Needs Teachers
  • Plan, deliver, and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents
