We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled individuals to support children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) across schools and care settings in Basingstoke, Winchester, and Southampton. Key Responsibilities
- For Special Needs Teachers
- Plan, deliver, and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents
- Create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Support the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons
