This is a great opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to begin a career in childcare as a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice. You will gain hands-on experience in a supportive nursery environment while working towards a recognised qualification. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development.

What You Will Do
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities
- Assisting with daily routines, including meal preparation, snacks, and maintaining a clean environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
- Ensuring health, safety, and safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
- Supporting day-to-day operations
- Working alongside experienced staff
- Participating in ongoing training and development
Training
- Receive regular training from Excellence Solutions Limited
- Complete at least 20% off-the-job training
- Study the Early Years Educator apprenticeship
- Gain hands-on experience in a real working environment
Requirements
- Desired Qualifications: GCSE English (Grade A–C / 4–9), GCSE Mathematics (Grade A–C / 4–9)
- Skills: Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem-solving skills, Team working, Initiative, Patience, Professionalism
- Other Requirements: Willingness to attend occasional out-of-hours activities such as training, staff meetings, and events; Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding standards; Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
