About the Role

We deliver high-quality, government-funded apprenticeship training to businesses across the UK, and we’re expanding our digital marketing faculty. We’re looking for
Content Creator Tutors and Multi-Channel Marketing Tutors who bring industry experience first and teaching ability second.
Experience delivering apprenticeships is a bonus, but not essential.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging online or in-person training sessions
• Teach tools such as Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Meta Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok/Instagram content, campaign planning, SEO basics
• Support learners with real-world examples and practical exercises
• Mark work, provide feedback, and help learners build strong portfolios
• Work closely with our team to ensure excellent learner outcomes

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years in content creation, social media marketing, or multi-channel marketing
• Strong portfolio with real results (growth, reach, conversions, campaign performance)
• Confident communicator who can break down concepts clearly
• Experience training others, coaching, or mentoring (formal or informal)
• Apprenticeship tutoring experience (nice to have, not required)
