The Excellence in Education (EIE) Programme is a pioneering, award-winning, non-profit organization dedicated to identifying and nurturing the unique genius in every learner. EIE partners with schools, different institutes, community groups, companies, and charities to support the educational development of students in inner cities and children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. The programme started by focusing on work in Essex and several London boroughs, including Newham, Tower Hamlets, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham, Hackney, Waltham Forest, and Lewisham, with additional students in Manchester, Luton, Kent, Berkshire, and Essex.
This is a full-time, hybrid Executive P A with AI/AGI volunteer role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. The Executive P A will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records. The role will involve drafting correspondence, creating presentations, organizing files, and supporting the planning and delivery of EIE programmes and events. A key aspect of this position is to research, test, and apply AI/AGI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support data management and reporting. The Executive P A will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, handle confidential information with discretion, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a mission-driven, education-focused environment.
Qualifications
