You will support older people and adults with disabilities in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, choice and quality of life. The Role Your duties will include: * Providing person-centred personal care * Supporting with washing, dressing and personal hygiene * Supporting with medication * Preparing meals and drinks * Helping with daily living and household tasks * Supporting individuals to access the community * Encouraging independence and wellbeing * Maintaining accurate care records and communicating with the care team Travel time and mileage between visits are paid. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: ❤️ Caring and compassionate 🤝 Reliable and responsible 💬 A good communicator 🌟 Passionate about supporting others Previous home care experience is required. A care qualification is desirable, but not essential. 🚗 Full UK driving licence and own vehicle with business-use insurance required.
