Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Work with individuals or small groups to provide additional support
• Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning
• Assist pupils with additional needs when required
• Contribute to the day-to-day running of the classroom environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people (in a school or similar setting)
• A flexible, proactive, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Availability for short-term and long-term assignments
