Excell Supply are proud to be recruiting for a fantastic Outdoor Education provider in Peterborough. They provide outdoor adventure experiences for individuals, families, and schools across five activity centers. They offer a diverse range of water-based and land-based activities, making outdoor education both engaging and rewarding.
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and driven Center Manager to lead the Sports Center into its next stage of development. Ideally located, the centre has great transport links and serves a broad community.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & manage the on-site team to ensure high-quality outdoor adventure sessions.
- Oversee the development & growth of the Sports Centre.
- Contribute to the expansion, including new developments and centres.
- Assist in staff training & in-house activity sign-off.
- Work with the Operations Manager to recruit and onboard staff as needed.
- Support the development & maintenance of activity safety documentation & processes.
- Manage site-specific safety procedures, ensuring compliance.
- Oversee the management & upkeep of buildings, land, and equipment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outdoor education at a senior level (e.g., Senior Instructor, Deputy Manager, or Manager).
- Recognised qualifications & experience in outdoor adventure sports.
- Outdoor First Aid Qualification (minimum 16 hours).
- Full UK driving license.
- Proven management experience in a similar role.
