We are recruiting for secondary teachers of all subject specialisms to work on a supply basis within schools across the Flintshire area.

Requirements for the role:

  • The ability to deliver the national curriculum in various subjects across KS3 and KS4.
  • You must hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE.
  • Be passionate and dedicated to supporting every student to reach their full potential.
  • Must hold a current enhanced DBS that is registered with the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one.

What will my responsibilities be?

  • Ensuring a positive classroom environment that helps create a love for learning.
  • Delivering constructive feedback to students both written and verbally to ensure work is to a high standard.
  • Collaborating with Senior Leadership Team, Teaching Assistants, and Parents/Carers to facilitate pupil progress and support individual needs.
