A day in the life:
- Deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned lessons (plans provided or adapted with flair)
- Support students across KS3, KS4, and KS5 where appropriate
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, using fair, consistent strategies
- Monitor student wellbeing and immediately report any safeguarding concerns
- Complete key admin such as registers and handover notes so the class teacher can return smoothly
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a safe, supportive environment for every student
What you’ll bring:
