We are recruiting for a large Secondary School in Central Birmingham who’s motto is ‘Make a Difference Every Day!’ About the Role: What Will You Be Doing? Delivering engaging and challenging lessons in line with the secondary school curriculum Inspiring students to achieve their best academically and socially Supporting students of varying abilities and adapting teaching methods to meet their needs Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a positive learning environment Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations for student achievement What Were Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Subject specialism in Mathematics or Physics Recent experience teaching at secondary level, preferably in KS3 or KS4 Strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to engage students Excellent communication and classroom management skills Flexibility, creativity, and enthusiasm for education Right to work in the UK An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
