Excell Supply are currently recruiting experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support primary schools. This is an excellent opportunity for confident HLTAs seeking flexible work, long-term placements, or day-to-day supply, supporting pupils across a variety of classroom settings.
The Role:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and support whole-class learning when required
- Provide targeted small group and one-to-one intervention support
- Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and assessment activities
- Support pupils with varying learning needs, including SEN
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
We're Looking For:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting learning within a school setting
- Confidence leading whole-class activities when required
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
