Excell Supply are currently recruiting experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support primary schools. This is an excellent opportunity for confident HLTAs seeking flexible work, long-term placements, or day-to-day supply, supporting pupils across a variety of classroom settings.

The Role:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and support whole-class learning when required
  • Provide targeted small group and one-to-one intervention support
  • Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and assessment activities
  • Support pupils with varying learning needs, including SEN
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
  • Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures

We're Looking For:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting learning within a school setting
  • Confidence leading whole-class activities when required
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
