Outdoor Education Center Manager Excell Supply are proud to be recruiting for a fantastic Outdoor Education provider in Peterborough. They provide outdoor adventure experiences for individuals, families, and schools across five activity centers. They offer a diverse range of water-based and land-based activities, making outdoor education both engaging and rewarding. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and driven Center Manager to lead the Sports Center into its next stage of development. Ideally located -the centre has great transport links and serves a broad community. Career Growth – As part of a larger group, they provide extensive training, support teams, and career pathways Lead & manage the on-site team to ensure high-quality outdoor adventure sessions. Oversee the development & growth of the Sports Centre. Assist in staff training & in-house activity sign-off. Oversee the management & upkeep of buildings, land, and equipment. Experience in outdoor education at a senior level (e.g., Recognised qualifications & experience in outdoor adventure sports. ✔ Outdoor First Aid Qualification (minimum 16 hours). ✔ Full UK driving license. ✔ Proven management experience in a similar role.
