About the Role
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teachers to work on a supply basis in a range of welcoming primary schools across Chester. Supply roles offer flexibility and variety, making them ideal for teachers seeking work that fits around other commitments or those looking to gain experience in different school settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (as appropriate)
- Follow lesson plans provided and adapt teaching to meet pupils needs
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Provide feedback to school staff at the end of each assignment
- Uphold safeguarding and professional standards at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have recent experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Be confident, flexible, and able to quickly adapt to new environments
- Have strong classroom management skills
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
