Are you a Primary Teacher who can handle phonics before coffee, fractions before lunch, and a glitter spill just about any time? Whether youre a seasoned professional or an enthusiastic ECT/NQT just starting out, were looking for passionate educators ready to make a differencewhether its for a single day or something longer term.
Our partner schools are warm, welcoming, and fully appreciate that some mornings, the whiteboard gets more attention than breakfast.
What were looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) including Early Career Teachers (ECTs/NQTs)
- Experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (placements count!)
- A genuine love of teaching and learning (and maybe a mild tolerance for glitter)
- Strong, calm classroom management with a nurturing approach
- A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Serviceor willingness to obtain one
- Adaptability and a sense of humouryou might be teaching phonics in the morning and supervising a beanbag tower-building contest by the afternoon
