Job Title: Supply Design & Technology (DT) Teacher
Location: Wirral, Merseyside
Salary: £100 – £200 per day (depending on experience and assignment)
Job Type: Supply Day-to-Day, Short-Term & Long-Term Roles Available
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing

We are currently seeking a creative and adaptable Design & Technology Teacher to join our supply teaching team, working across a variety of secondary schools in the Wirral. Whether your specialism is Resistant Materials, Graphics, Engineering, or Product Design, this role offers the chance to deliver hands-on, engaging lessons that bring DT to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality DT lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils (KS5 is a bonus)

• Plan and teach practical and theoretical content in line with curriculum requirements

• Maintain a safe and well-organised workshop or classroom environment

• Support students of all abilities to develop skills and confidence

• Assess, record and report on pupil progress effectively

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Specialism in a DT subject such as Resistant Materials, Graphics, or Engineering

• Experience teaching DT in UK secondary schools

• Strong classroom and workshop management skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
