The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning by supervising classes during teacher absence and maintaining a positive, focused classroom environment.
- Supervise pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Promote positive behaviour in line with school values and policies
- Encourage engagement, effort, and resilience in learners
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate
