Are you a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Excell Supply are currently recruiting committed and adaptable individuals to work in a range of supportive primary school settings. The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
- Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Help manage behaviour in line with school policies

- Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
