The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
- Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Help manage behaviour in line with school policies

- Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
