The Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
  • Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
  • Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Help manage behaviour in line with school policies
