Excell Supply is the fastest growing education specialist agency in North Wales and the North West, specialising in filling temporary, long term, and permanent education vacancies in schools across North Wales, the Wirral, Warrington, Cheshire, and Shropshire. We are dedicated to building strong relationships with schools and candidates, providing innovative solutions, and offering professional development opportunities. With a focus on Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education, Excell Supply maintains high standards in vetting and clearing procedures for all candidates.

This is a full-time on-site role, working with an incredibly supportive and successful team, in our Chester office, based on Chester Business Park. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools within the North West area, as well as recruiting education professionals who are looking for temporary supply work within your area. Our aim is to match schools with the best candidates and provide a friendly and professional service to everyone we work with. The role will involve making business development calls to prospective clients, booking supply staff for schools as requested, and pre-screening and interviewing candidates. You will also be required to attend events such as university and job centre career fairs.

The hours for this role are 7.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday during term time, and 9.00am-4.00pm during the school holidays.
