We operate across the full sales cycle from lead generation and inside sales through to field sales across sectors including martech, fintech, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and more. We are partnering with an innovative clean technology company developing proprietary graphene-based materials and advanced energy solutions. Their product portfolio includes:

  • Graphene-enhanced coatings, lubricants, and fluids for HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Energy efficiency solutions that significantly reduce fuel consumption and emissions
  • Next-generation graphene-aluminium-ion battery technology (in development)

The company has received multiple industry awards and is experiencing strong commercial growth across Europe. We are now looking for German-speaking sales professionals to support expansion across the DACH region.

The Role

We are seeking a driven, tech-savvy sales professional who is passionate about bringing innovative clean-tech solutions to market. You will play a key role in generating new business, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys selling complex, technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across the DACH region via outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Manage and own RFQs and tender processes
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, managing all Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Progress opportunities from initial engagement through to close, achieving sales targets
  • Tailor messaging to industrial and manufacturing customers
  • Deliver online product demonstrations and presentations where required
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers (distributors, wholesalers, end-users)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders

Requirements

  • Fluent German (essential)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or inside sales
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and consultative selling
  • Strong interest in technology, sustainability, or industrial solutions
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
