We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to transition into a career in sales, particularly within the software/technology sector. No extensive sales background is required; what matters most is your attitude, drive, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities through outbound activities
  • Conducting cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Building strong pipelines by identifying and qualifying potential customers
  • Maintaining a high volume of daily outbound activity while staying positive and energetic
  • Working closely with the wider sales team to achieve shared targets

Qualifications:

  • Fluent German speaker (written and spoken)
  • Passionate about new business sales and prospecting
  • Hard-working, resilient, and motivated to succeed in a target-driven environment
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with prospective clients via cold calling, email, and other outbound channels (training provided)
  • Competitive, driven, and a strong team player
  • Tech-savvy, with an aptitude for learning CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and stay organised
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
