About the Role

You will start off as a Cleaning Service Technician with the goal of quickly advancing within our company. You will begin by learning the basics of cleaning various exterior surfaces, including roofs, walls, patios, and driveways. Our comprehensive training program covers job site safety, customer interaction, upselling techniques, and an overview of our systems and processes.

Our training is designed to help you excel and move up in our company quickly. Within three months, most trainees receive higher salaries. The company offers promotion opportunities for top performers to Lead Technician and then to Production Manager if you’re an excellent fit. Much of the work will be carried out at height either from portable scaffold towers, spider platforms, or our own small truck mount access platform. Experience is not essential.
