Excelcare is seeking a Care Home Regional Trainer to join our Milton Keynes-Cambridge region, covering 14 homes with travel across sites.
The role offers a salary up to £40,000 and a £2,500 car allowance, with 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, onsite.
You will deliver regulatory, mandatory and specialist training, support induction and Care Certificate, maintain LMS records, and drive continuous professional development across our region, reporting to the Regional Operations Director.
