The role is to support a lady in Tower Hamlets with complex needs including mental health autism. She also has a dog so you will need to be comfortable with animals.

Role Overview
We are looking for caring and reliable Home Care Carers to join our team. You will provide essential support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and live comfortably.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting with medication administration
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if required
- Helping with light household tasks (cleaning, laundry)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers
- Maintaining accurate care records
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including morning/evenings and weekends
