Excelcare invites applications for a Registered Manager to lead Meadow House, a brand-new 5-bed Ofsted-regulated Children's Home in Hither Green, South East London.

You will drive safeguarding, regulatory compliance and outstanding care while building a capable team.

In this pivotal role you will develop care plans, manage budgets, recruit staff, and partner with families, social workers and other professionals to secure positive outcomes for children aged 11–17 with EBD.
