Excelcare is seeking a Bank Team Leader at our Neath Hill care home in Milton Keynes. You will mentor a team of Care Assistants to ensure outstanding care while reporting to the Home Manager and coordinating with other teams.
You will engage residents in meaningful activities, promoting independence and dignity, with focus on person-centred care plans and risk assessments. The role requires NVQ 2/3 in Health & Social Care or three years’ experience without an NVQ, and knowledge of CQC standards.
