Working hours 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with on-call as per rota every 6–7 weeks. Responsibilities include proactively managing new care package referrals, rota allocation, matching workers to users, maintaining strong links with local authorities and stakeholders, ensuring quality care plans, and recording incidents and complaints.
