Excelcare is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the development of new SEN educational facilities from initial planning through to mobilisation.
You will bridge educational strategy, infrastructure and pupil placement for SEND, guiding projects to successful occupancy.
You will oversee planning, design, regulatory submissions and mobilisation, coordinate with architects, authorities and internal teams, and shape staffing models, policies and systems to ensure high-quality provision.
