Excelcare is seeking a Bank Team Leader for our Milton Keynes care home. You will lead and mentor a team of Care Assistants, report to the Home Manager, and work with other staff to ensure outstanding care.
You will engage residents in meaningful activities, promoting independence, dignity and respect. The role requires NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care or three years' experience if NVQ is not held; experience in care homes or home care is preferred, with knowledge of CQC expectations.
