Excelcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Glennfield House Care Home in Wisbech, Cambridge to join a compassionate team delivering physical, emotional and social support to residents. You will mentor a team of carers, report to the Home Manager, and engage residents in meaningful activities, promoting independence and dignity.
Two years' experience with NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care or three years' experience without NVQ is required, with dementia care knowledge desirable.
