Senior Care Coordinator (Field-Based) – Homecare up to £30k
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Care Coordinator to join our well-established, hard-working and fun team at our Homecare Service at Excelcare covering the vibrant Tower Hamlets area of East London.
With previous experience as a Field Care Supervisor or Senior Care Coordinator you will be passionate about providing the highest quality care to our service users. The majority of your time will be spent working with the community – visiting service users in their own homes, as well having dedicated time within the office to complete necessary documentation. Given this role is community based, a driving licence and vehicle are essential to be able to support our service users
