Regional Quality Improvement Nurse – Essex & London £66,462 plus 5k car allowance Excelcare is a privately owned nursing and care home provider established for over 34 years, and we currently have an excellent opportunity for a Regional Quality Improvement Nurse to join our strong and well-established Home Management and Regional Team supporting 16 Care Homes across our Essex & London region. Purpose of the role Reporting to the Deputy Regional Operations Director the remit of the Regional Quality Improvement Nurse will encompass the leadership and implementation of the quality strategy across the region reviewing audit outcomes and actions required with direction from the DROD. You will offer guidance and support to the homes while working alongside the teams to ensure we improve care delivery and embed quality and wellbeing. About the Regional Quality Improvement Nurse role Work with the home managers to ensure the relevant knowledge and support is provided as identified through action plans following the audit process against all aspects of the CQC Regulations, local authority contractual requirements and Company Quality Framework and policies.
