Excelcare Holdings seeks a Care Home Regional Trainer to support 14 nursing and care homes across Milton Keynes and Cambridge, delivering regulatory, mandatory, and specialist training to staff, and embedding the Quality Framework.

You will travel across services with two other Trainers, deliver face-to-face sessions, complete documentation in the Learning Management System, and assist with CPD and career development within a supportive, family‑like culture.
