Excelcare Holdings is seeking a Team Leader at The Willows Care Home in Milton Keynes to mentor a team of Care Assistants and ensure outstanding, person-centred care. You will report to the Home Manager, work with ancillary teams, and promote independence, dignity and respect among residents.
