We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Lifestyle Activities Coordinator to join our team at St Fillans Care Home, Colchester, Essex. We provide the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. By joining us you will become one of the ‘family’ and in return for your dedication and hard work you can expect:
- Salary: £13.45 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
- Hours: 18 hours a week from Monday – Sunday (working alternate weekends)
- Working Hours: 8am-5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
About the role: As the Lifestyle Activities Coordinator, you will be required to create and organise meaningful and engaging activities and a lifestyle programme throughout the home to enrich the lives of people living in the care home. To do this you will need to include the teams, family members and the people living in our home to establish an understanding of the activities and lifestyle changes that would benefit them individually or as a group.
