Excelcare is a privately owned nursing and care home provider established for over 35 years. Our Essex and South London Region comprise 16 care and nursing homes. We have a superb opportunity for a Deputy Regional Operations Director to join a strong and well-established Team.
Purpose of the role
Operating under the guidance and leadership of the Regional Operations Director (ROD) and working closely with the Regional Support Team, your role will be to give strategic direction for homes to improve quality, safety, and care delivery in line with Excelcare's Care Quality Framework and CQC’s Single Assessment Framework. The goal is to improve the quality, safety and provision of nursing and care services, while consistently adhering to the company's values and standards therefore you would act as Clinical Lead for the region, hence the need for this to be a Qualified Nurse.
