We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Construction Project Coordinator to support the delivery of five construction and refurbishment projects in South-East London, with a combined budget of around £2.5 million. Reporting to the Development Director, you would play a pivotal role, ensuring smooth communication between the design team, contractors, accounts and wider stakeholders. This would be ideal for someone who enjoys keeping multiple projects moving, resolving issues early, and helping ensure each scheme is delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality standards.
Salary – Up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: 9-5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Based at our Support Office in Bromley, Kent.
Main Responsibilities of the Construction Project Lead
