Care Home Manager – Dovecote Manor Care Home, Bletchley, Milton Keynes 50k
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Home Manager to lead the teams and deliver outstanding care to the people living at our Dovecote Manor (Residential) Care Home in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
Our intimate home has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Dovecote Manor is a 42 bed modern, purpose-built care home. The home is currently rated ‘GOOD’ in all KLOE’s by CQC and is part of the Excelcare portfolio – a privately owned care home group established for over 35 years.
If you are a Registered Manager with good business acumen, the passion to ensure excellent quality care every day and can develop strong and effective staff teams then we want to hear from you!
About the role of Care Home Manager:
- Experienced within a care home setting for older people.
- Passion and drive to always deliver ‘outstanding’ care.
- Previous experience as a Care Home Manager leading and developing strong teams.
- Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Strong communication skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound business acumen and experience in managing budgets.
