Registered Nurse position at Excelcare Park Avenue Care Home in Bromley, Kent.
Responsibilities:
- Make safe clinical decisions based on professional qualifications and experience to ensure the highest quality of nursing care.
- Work closely with other nurses in the nurse team and report to the Deputy Manager.
- Administer medication and monitor the Care Teams on practice, working within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- Create person-centred care plans and risk assessments; carry out regular updates and reviews.
- Engage in meaningful activities with the people living in our care home while promoting independence, choice, dignity and respect.
- Perform required duties across day and night shifts (including 8am‐8pm or 8pm‐8am).
Qualifications:
- A valid UK NMC Pin number.
- Understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks – NMC and CQC.
- A passion for working with older people.
- Ability to work day and night shifts.
