We provide the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. We are offering a rewarding career as a Registered Nurse at our Park Avenue Care Home in Bromley, Kent. You will become part of a compassionate and welcoming team where your dedication, reliability and support will make a difference to the people living in our care home every day. The home is currently rated “Good” by CQC.
Responsibilities
- As a Registered Nurse, rely on your professional qualifications and experience to make safe clinical decisions to ensure that only the highest quality of nursing care is delivered.
- Work closely with other nurses in the nursing team and report to the Deputy Manager.
- Administer medication, monitor the Care Team on practice, and work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- Create person‑centred care plans and risk assessments, providing regular updates and reviews.
- Engage in meaningful activities with the people living in our care home, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
- Perform a mixture of day and night shifts (8 am–8 pm or 8 pm–8 am) Monday–Sunday as per the rota, with enhanced pay on bank holidays.
Qualifications
- A valid UK NMC Pin number.
- Understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks – NMC and CQC.
- A passion for working with older people.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a caring, kind and professional nature.
- Ability to work day and night shifts.

- Salary: up to £60,278 per annum – £24.15 per hour (breaks unpaid).
