Asset Management Assistant

Employment Type: Permanent Contract

Salary: Competitive Market Rate Package

Hours: 9:00 – 18:00 Monday – Friday

Established in 2017, Excel Winner is leading part of Europe's largest regeneration initiatives. We aim to transform the Vauxhall, Nine Elms, and Battersea Opportunity Area by introducing new homes, creating jobs, and developing biodiverse green spaces.

The Asset Management Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the One Nine Elms project, assisting in the overall management of property operations. The role will focus on administrative coordination, financial tracking, and operational support to ensure efficient and compliant asset management. Working closely with the Commercial Director, the position will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations, supporting vendor coordination, and enhancing overall performance of the asset.

  • Assist in the overall operational management of the One Nine Elms project
  • Support the management and coordination of the Managing Agent to ensure service delivery standards are met
  • Support commercial reconciliation and cash flow monitoring processes
  • Support health & safety processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including Building Safety requirements
  • Assist in compliance monitoring and reporting to ensure all statutory and internal requirements are met
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and tenants/residents
  • Provide general operational support to improve efficiency and effectiveness of asset management activities

Previous experience in property management, asset management, or a related field is preferred. Basic understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Familiarity with compliance, health & safety, or building operations is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with property management systems is a plus. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous. Educational background in Architecture, MEP Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
