About Us:

Established in 2017, Excel Winner is leading multiple development projects in Nine Elms, London. We are transforming the regeneration area by introducing new homes, creating jobs and developing biodiverse green spaces in and around landmark buildings of the highest architectural quality.

Summary of the Job:

Assisting the Director and Deputy Director for all Planning & Development matters across the projects – totaling some 2,000 new homes with hotel, office and retail in buildings extending up to 56 storeys – alongside extensive areas of new, publicly accessible, parkland. Involvement with devising and executing planning and development strategies, appointing and managing professional teams, dialogue with external stakeholders and internal reporting to ensure the successful delivery of the projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working in close collaboration with all internal teams with responsibility for:
  • Assisting in devising and executing Planning & Development strategy and requirements – managing progress and programme for agreed activities
  • Briefing, appointing and managing external consultants – reviewing draft documents for Director approval
  • Managing external appointments and internal budgets – and preparing associated internal reports
  • Controlling information and records for all Planning & Development matters
  • Assisting on all Planning & Development matters as required across the projects

Job Requirements:

  • Qualified to MRTPI and/or MRICS
  • Experience in planning/delivery of complex, major, residential/mixed use projects
  • Attention to detail and numeracy – IT literate with advanced Excel skills
  • Ambitious, motivated, flexible and professional – with ability to manage workflows and hit deadlines
