About Us: Established in 2017, Excel Winner is leading the Thames City project in Nine Elms, part of Europe's largest regeneration initiative. We aim to transform the Vauxhall, Nine Elms, and Battersea Opportunity Area by introducing new homes, creating jobs, and developing biodiverse green spaces.
Summary of the Job: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in hotel operations to support daily property operations through administrative and coordination tasks. Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and document organization related to hotel operations.
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and operational materials.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and manage team calendars.
- Handle communications and correspondence in English and Chinese (as applicable).
- Maintain digital and paper filing systems with proper categorization and traceability.
- Provide general administrative support, including office supply procurement, guest reception, and payment processing.
Job Requirements:
- Previous operations experience in a hotel environment is required.
- Ability to read and interpret hotel Profit & Loss (P&L) statements is required.
- Solid understanding of key hotel performance metrics including OCC, ADR, RevPAR.
- Familiarity with market benchmarking tools such as MPI, AGI, RGI, and ability to interpret them to support business performance analysis.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in Chinese is a plus; proficiency in English is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
