The company is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead its department, drive sales growth, and enhance brand positioning in the luxury residential real estate sector. Job Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in luxury residential real estate sales and marketing, with a strong international market focus.
  • Proven track record in marketing management, sales leadership, and high-value deal closures.
  • Strong industry connections with UHNWIs and HNWIs, luxury real estate agencies, and luxury brands.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience working in international markets and cross-cultural environments.
  • Having an understanding of mixed-use development is an advantage.
