Excel Technical Consulting has a new and exciting role available in the East of England to oversee and take accountability for the Integration and Systems Validation (ISV) functions lead for missile compatibility and integration. You will be the Lead Functional Integration Engineer holding responsibilities for specific missile programmes within the ISV function as well as supporting the Chief Systems Engineer in the delivery of various system integration activities regarding test missile and munition equipment.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with various project stakeholders to plan key design verification and evidence.
• Manage and mentor Integration Engineers.
• Take a hands‑on and practical approach in planning and conducting integration and compatibility proving activities where required.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments such as systems and software project teams.

Qualifications

We are looking for a determined and experienced candidate with a deep understanding of hardware/software integration and test activities as well as familiarity with lab test equipment and data analysis tooling/methods. Applicants must be able to gain UK Security Clearance.
