The primary responsibility is to prepare sponsorship proposals and sales collateral for major brand partnership opportunities across the sports and entertainment landscape. Support the creative team on all materials, adapt to new brands, maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Create design best-in-class sponsorship sales materials, focusing on Naming Rights and On-Uniform Branding opportunities.
- Produce compelling and creative work that rises above industry standards.
- Collaborate within the marketing solutions team to manage a pipeline of creative requests.
- Navigate feedback from internal and external parties with poise; maintain clear communication and diplomacy under tight timelines.
- Explore new software, tools, and technology (e.g., AI) to raise the bar.
Education & Experience:
- Design-related degree or 5+ years of professional experience in a graphic design field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience within a large agency, pro sports team, or similar organization.
- Mastery in Adobe CC (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Ceros.
Essential Technical Skills:
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Experience with video editing or familiarity with Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organization and prioritization skills; manage expectations and exercise flexibility.
- Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, with attention to detail.
- Ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality across all projects.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Previous experience in the sports and/or entertainment industries.
